Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026
1. Welcome. Save On Main is where local businesses run prepaid deals for their neighbors. The site is operated by ClickThere Marketing, LLC ("we"), based in Austin, Texas. These terms cover browsing the site and claiming or buying any deal on it, and claiming a deal means you agree to them.
2. What a deal is. A deal is a voucher for a specific offer from a specific local business at the price shown. The business provides the goods or services; we provide the deal page, the voucher, and the plumbing.
3. Who can claim. You must be 18 or older, use your real name and contact details, and claim for yourself or as a genuine gift. No bots, no scrapers, no bulk buying for resale. Deals are usually capped and limited to one per customer unless the deal page says otherwise.
4. Paying. For prepaid deals, your card is charged at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor, and the money goes to the business running the deal, minus card processing. We never hold your money. Some deals are free to claim; those skip checkout entirely.
5. Your voucher. It arrives by email right after checkout with a code and a QR link, and it is one-time use: the business marks it redeemed when you come in. Treat it like cash and keep the code to yourself.
6. Expiration. If a deal's promotional value has an expiration date, it is printed on the deal page and on the voucher. The amount you actually paid never expires: even after the promotional value lapses, the business credits what you paid toward its regular price.
7. Refunds. If a business cannot honor a valid voucher, we will refund what you paid. Deal-specific refund terms, if any, appear on the deal page before you claim. To ask about a refund, reply to your voucher email.
8. The business fulfills the deal. The quality, availability, and safety of what you buy are the responsibility of the business named on your voucher. We work with businesses we trust and we want to hear when something goes wrong, but the meal, the facial, and the tune-up come from them, not from us.
9. Fair play. Do not copy, alter, or resell vouchers, do not redeem a voucher twice, and do not interfere with the site or try to access systems that are not yours. We can cancel claims and vouchers involved in fraud or abuse.
10. Our content. The site, its design, and its text belong to ClickThere Marketing, LLC. Deal pages carry each business's own name and logo, which belong to that business. Browse and claim freely; republishing our content elsewhere needs written permission.
11. Privacy and messages. We collect what you enter on a claim form plus standard web analytics, and we use it to issue your voucher and run the deal. Your details go to the business whose deal you claimed and to nobody else. Voucher and receipt emails always come with a deal; marketing texts and emails from the business happen only if you tick the consent box, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
12. No warranties, and limits. The site and every deal are provided as is. We make no warranties beyond what the law requires, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to a deal is the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
13. Disagreements. Talk to us first: reply to your voucher email and a human will sort it out. If we truly cannot work it out, these terms are governed by Texas law, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts, or small claims court, of Travis County, Texas.
14. Changes. When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes get real notice, not a silent edit.
